- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections and financial reporting
- Creating annual budgets for the board analysis and approval
- Creating the required reserve study and doing annual updates
- Developing an owner’s manual for distribution to new owners
- Creating a program to carry out the maintenance of the common areas as they are developed.
- Managing the contracting and supervision of vendors
- Establishing a tracking system to manage owner relations through the creation of lot files
- Recommending the adoption and implementation of association policies and procedures, such as CC&R violations in accordance with board policy
- Scheduling and attending periodic association board meetings, keeping minutes and tracking tasks
- Providing regular communications with owners and acting as a resource to owners and the board
- Facilitating the architectural design committee process as directed by the board
- Working with association legal counsel, providing coordination and action as directed by the board in legal matters as they arise
