• Establishing a tracking system to manage owner relations through the creation of lot files
• Recommending the adoption and implementation of association policies and procedures, such as CC&R violations in accordance with board policy
• Scheduling and attending periodic association board meetings, keeping minutes and tracking tasks
• Providing regular communications with owners and acting as a resource to owners and the board
• Facilitating the architectural design committee process as directed by the board
• Working with association legal counsel, providing coordination and action as directed by the board in legal matters as they arise
