Teresa Payne has received the distinct recognition by NBC-CAM as a “ Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She also maintains her Association Management Specialist (ASM) designation through continuing education and extended experience requirements. She has more than 16 years of bookkeeping and community management experience.
Jeff Payne has an extensive background in property development, construction and ownership. He is a licensed real estate broker, contractor and property manager.
Lisa Brennan, community administrator, has over 15 years of experience in business marketing as well as experience in the mortgage industry. She is an OSU graduate with a degree in Business Marketing.
Julie Vizina provides our bookkeeping services. She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
Len Gillean is our on-site manager at Aspen Meadows. Len provides maintenance services as well as client relations.
